Pricing

At Indentors, we believe in flexible, value-driven pricing that reflects the scope and complexity of each engagement. Given the nature of our consultancy and facilitation services, pricing is customised and tailored to the specific needs of our clients.


1. Customised Quotation
No fixed price list is maintained. Fees are quoted based on an understanding of the buyer-seller connection, the scale of engagement, and the specific deliverables required.

Recent Quotation: We recently assisted a pulses wholesaler in Indore in sourcing high-quality chickpeas from a supplier based in Maharashtra. Our role included identifying the right supplier, validating quality parameters, and facilitating price negotiations. For this one-time sourcing and connection service, we charged a consultancy fee of ₹10,000, agreed upon during the initial discussion. No commission was charged on the transaction value.


2. Case-by-Case Basis
Every client relationship is unique. Our pricing is discussed and finalised during initial consultations, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations.


3. Scope-Based Charges
The final charges depend on factors such as:

  • Duration and depth of the assignment;
  • Complexity of sourcing or facilitation involved;
  • Value addition and advisory input required;
  • Ongoing support or one-time consultation.

4. Retainers or Success-Based Fees
Depending on the engagement, we may charge a retainer, a flat fee, or a success-based commission. All terms are clearly agreed upon prior to initiation of service.


5. Revisions and Adjustments
In long-term associations or if the scope evolves, we reserve the right to revise the fee structure by mutual consent.
